Integration Steps

This document provides detailed step-by-step instructions for the standard integration process to help merchants complete the integration smoothly.

Business Discussion & Join Technical Group

Work with our business team to create a technical integration group chat. Both parties should invite relevant technical personnel to join. You can also contact us via email:

marketing@paycools.com

Please provide the following information in the group:

  • Merchant Background: Industry, business type, etc.
  • Product to Integrate: Confirm with the business team which products to integrate

UAT Testing

UAT Environment Info: Technical support will send the API domain, callback verification public key, merchant dashboard URL, and API documentation to the technical group chat.

Send your email address in the group chat to request a test account from technical support. Once the account is created, you will be notified and the credentials will be sent to your email.

⚠️
Note: It is recommended to use a technical staff member's email for the test account, as it will be needed for merchant dashboard configuration.

Log in to the merchant dashboard with the test account to complete the configuration.

  • Download and install Authenticator based on your phone system (skip if already installed)
  • Scan the QR code on the right side of the page with Authenticator to bind MFA
  • Check the MFA code in Authenticator and enter it

For subsequent logins, simply check the MFA code. No need to bind again. If you need to rebind, please contact technical support for a reset.

After logging in to the merchant dashboard, go to Developer → Application Details to complete the following configuration:

  • Webhook: Payout is the callback for the disbursement product. If you haven't integrated the disbursement product, this can be skipped. Note: must use HTTPS protocol with a valid domain name, do not use IP + port format
  • Public Key: Generate and upload it yourself, make sure there are no spaces or line breaks
  • IP Whitelist: Not required for the test environment. For production, send your IP to technical support for configuration

After configuration, generate the signature and start sending requests for testing. Please refer to Configuration & Signature for details.

Follow the UAT acceptance checklist for testing and fill in the relevant information. Once completed, send it to the technical support group for review. Please contact the technical integration personnel to obtain the acceptance checklist.

Once the review is approved, UAT testing is complete. Proceed to the production testing phase.

Production Testing

Production Environment Info: Send your email address in the group chat. Technical support will send the production domain and other details to your email.

3.1

Log in to the Production Merchant Dashboard using the production merchant account credentials. The configuration process is the same as the test environment.

Note: The production merchant account is different from the test environment account. If you don't have the production account credentials, please contact technical support.
3.2

Ask technical support in the group chat whether the fee rates and IP whitelist have been configured. Technical support will configure them in the backend and provide feedback.

3.3

Once all configurations are complete, you can start production testing. A video recording of the testing process must be sent to the technical group chat for record-keeping.

After confirming the tests pass, the integration is successfully completed.
